Madeira Tours are the United Kingdom agents for Madeira Sunrise Tours.

We offer a wide range of daily tours, excursions and guided walks taking in the diversity and main tourist attractions of the Island of Madeira.

We use vehicles with 8 to 53 seats to adequately cater to our clients, along with guides fluent in English, French, German, Spanish.

Daily Madeira Tours

We offer a wide range of full day and half day tours. From the natural, volcanic, sea water pools of Porto Moniz in the north west of the island to the bracing Ponta de São Lourenço tip of south east Madeira - we have a tour that will suit every taste.

Travel to Nun's valley and wonder at the spectacular views. As you gaze out across the mountainous terrain you will understand just way this remote community remained largely cut off from the rest of Madeira until 1959.

Speciality Excursions & Events

Along with our regular tours, we offer special excursions for those who would like to sample the culture and history of Madeira.

Enjoy an evening out at a traditional restaurant where you can feast on the local speciality, Espetada, spiced beef on a skewer grilled over an open fire. As you enjoy your meal, a local folklore group will entertain you with traditional dance and song.

Levada & Mountain Walks

For the more adventurous and energetic, we operate nature and sight-seeing walks conducted with fully certified guides.

Sample the pleasures of walking along the levadas, ancient water channels that criss-cross the island. Although the surrounding terrain is mountainous, these walks follow mostly flat or gently inclined routes.

Please note:

For your safety, Madeira Sunrise Tours may change, postpone or cancel walks or tours at short notice due to adverse weather conditions, landslides or other circumstances beyond our control.

Some of the walks may be slippery at times so good footwear is essential.

Should you wish to cancel a booking, refunds can only be considered if such cancellations are received at the Madeira Sunrise Tours office not later than 4 pm on the day prior to the walk or tour taking place.

A pack lunch should be taken on full day walks (not provided by the organization).
