Our full day guided walking tours have been carefully selected so that you can enjoy a safe, scenic guided walk without having to worry about transport and other issues.

Your trip will start when we pick you up from your hotel reception at a pre-arranged time. For our full day walking tours, we will pick up our customers during the morning. We will telephone your hotel and either speak to you direct or leave a message with reception the evening before to confirm your pick up time.

If your hotel is located in the Funchal conurbation, which includes the Lido area, then the pick-up service is fully inclusive in the walking tour price.

Please be aware that Madeira is a rugged island that has exposed terrain and your personal safety is our chief concern.

Madeira Sunrise Tours may change, postpone or cancel walking tours at short notice due to adverse weather conditions, landslides or other circumstances beyond our control.

As some of the walks can be slippery underfoot, good footwear is essential.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are staying at a hotel that is located in another region of Madeira Island, outside of the Funchal conurbation, then we will need to send an extra connection car to pick you up and there may be an additional charge - rest assured we will tell you if there is any extra charge prior to confirming your booking.
